      Pros

      The company personnel provided proper background of the work and company to provide service to.

      Cons

      Though it is a European service based company. I have not seen any scope of getting onsite opportunities yet. I do not prefer remote work.

      RDT: Raging Disturbing Tempers

      Nice offices. Nice business Analysts.

      Cons

      If you like an office environment where directors run around and yell in your Face and infighting is rife at every level, then RDT is a brilliant place to work. The technologies are a mess and everything is a nightmare to work on. The developers are average and nobody really tries.

      Great staff on the floor, but poor direction

      Pros

      Friendly teams Lots of effort goes in to socials Free soft drink and coffee machine Most members of the exec (Jon and Tash to single them out) have put incredible effort in to improve things for the wider company

      Cons

      Unachievable pace and deadlines, high rate of burnout Poor direction from higher exec "Hybrid working" except you will be repeatedly reminded that the CEO does not like it No pay rises but the CEO will turn up in his new car to give the news Negative atmosphere

      This is a tough review to read. We are an owner-managed company and our Exec team are passionate about this business and its people. We try to balance the pressure with a great working environment and challenging projects - maybe the balance isn't right for everyone.
