Pros

- Worked with some of the best and brightest people I have ever worked with in my career - No longer working with erratic, incapable, out of touch senior leadership

Cons

-Red 6 does not have a product and blames the people that do the actual work then hires additional overpaid unqualified senior leadership to come in and “fix the problem” AKA berate and publicly shame people that are working countless hours for them -Engineers earned a bonus for work done in 2025 but only actually got half of it this year due to leadership’s poor decision making -They encourage transparency and for Engineers to “speak up” if something is not right, but if you do that make sure you pack up your stuff afterwards because they will turn around and fire you immediately -Dog friendly office, but only if you’re the CEO’s dog -Do you like snacks? Too bad, they don’t have pretzel money anymore

Great coworkers but poor leadership and benefits

Pros

The people doing the work, on the ground, hands on working to get a product out.

Cons

- Things turned south when the new CTO was hired. Inexperienced for a CTO level role. - 4 layoffs to date including a mass layoff of roughly 30% of workforce - C Suite continuous calling employees D level talent - Allowing the CEO to make changes at a drop of a dime to direction of tech without consulting technical leaders responsible for getting work done - C Suite plays favorites, those they like get better benefits - Benefits are awful. No coverage for dependents, you pay 100% out of pocket which costs thousands. - Lost series C because they couldn’t land contracts

Pros

Talented technical team of engineers

Cons

False or no communication from C-suite to the rest of company. Sudden layoffs after new CTO hired and another after President hired. This was right after they had a massive hiring spree at the end the year. If you disagree with leadership about something in all hands, you will be let go shortly after. Despite them saying it's ok to do so. Leadership making "changes" to fix issues but its just pointless presentations that don't have actual impact. Poor financial management
