Pros

There used to be pros in the beginning including food, residential programs for new joinees etc, but all that has been lost for quite sometime now There were passionate developers, who are also not there anymore, so really no scope of adding any pros here

Cons

Well this I have quite a bit of The CEO prioritizes his well being over all others including employees, customers (patients), literally every one Salaries don't get paid in time Micromanagement The upper management is clueless as hell and thinks if a person puts in more time than he has worked a lot more, never factoring in the extra efforts the employees have to put even in after hours. CEO is a very mistrust worthy character with no moral compass, he'll literally push you under the bus if it means getting away from some heat. He gets his own personal expenses reimbursed while people were taking paycuts and receiving the salary after significant delays of close to 15 to 25 days CTO was good in the beginning when he used to coordinate from remote, but started heavily micromanaging to the point where every developer left, except for two freshers. Wake up and realize your mistakes rather than putting your head under the sand and pretending the issue doesn't exist. Lack of employee benefits, flexi time HR policies come directly from the upper management and they are mostly meant to squeeze some extra time from the employee rather than enriching him or providing new benefits Dumbest company I ever worked for, even though I learnt a lot, I still regret the salary I got and the time I spent here

1. No recognition to work, opposite teams & leadership don't value teams effort. 2. No guidance in terms of learnings, its all self taught and experimented 3. Non responsive finance team, mails go unresponded untill its regularly reminded 4. Team is asked to overwork infact forced to by not hiring the needed talent on-time 5. Late payments, always after 2nd week of month 6. Weak project management, too many projects are planned under development and suddenly go unnoticed. 7. Revenge policies against employees who are vocal about their concerns. 8. Lack of trust based culture, leading to low retention rate.
