Traveling and learning
13 Mar 2023 - NETA II Field Service Tech in Houston, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Currently working under a NETA III and have the opportunity to learn about relays which is something I’ve wanted to do for awhile. Pay is great considering we get about 15 hours a week of overtime each week. I like learning, traveling and challenging myself.
Cons
It takes awhile before you’re ready to take the NETA III but I think it’s like that at all NETA companies.

9 Mar 2023 - Field Technician in San Jose, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Not micromanaged. Lots of independent work available which I like. Everyday is different so get to test various components. NETA testing and credits are covered by RESA and got a raise after passing exam.
Cons
I cannot think of any.

Pros
One of the best features of RESA Power are the people. Tight knit teams, professionals with a lot of experience and diverse experience. Company is growing BUT still have a small company feel and not a lot of red tape to get things done for employees and customers. VERY Customer Serviced and Field Oriented. Each day goes by quickly-plenty of diverse projects to keep things interesting.
Cons
When the company is super busy, sometimes communication gets spotty.
