Pros

For Developers Only : 1. No Fire Policy. 2. Equal Increment Policy. 3. No dead lines for a product. 4. If you want to enjoy your life then must join this company. Watch videos and movies on youtube in office and get equal increment, and no body is going to fire you. 5. If you don't know anything to do, then just say that it is not possible to do in this language.

Cons

1. If you are doing good work, CTO will appreciate those people who are not doing anything. 2. No respect of a good coder, they just need a time-pass coders. 3. According to CTO : ( If A is capable of doing 150 Task and is completing 145 task. and B is capable of doing 100 Task and is completing 105 task, then even if A is doing 40 more task than B, but performance of B is better than A ), so it demotivates if you are doing hard work, because there is no profit for hard work. 4. If you will finish a project faster than others, then you will get more and more project to do with more pressure and your colleagues will enjoy by watching youtube, and at the year end, you will get equal increment. :( 5. Pros

Only pro about the company is the flexi-timings.

Cons

Where should I start with: 1. High on Politics 2. Salary doesn't come in time. 3. Reimbursements doesn't clear in time. 4. Appraisal was so late that it happened in March. 5. India head doesn't care about employees and is more interested in traveling. 6. Partiality between teams has always been there. 7. Managers do not know the basics, yet suggest you to apply strategies and will question you later on. 8. HR does not have a back bone. 9. Work from Home policy is not there, yet some employees are allowed to do it(as I have said partiality).

Pros

CEO sanjit Chatterjee is destroying the company

Cons

One man army . CEO thinks himself as the one & only employee of the organisation. He comes late in the office everyday. He gives typical ideas to all the employees. He didn’t treat employees as members in the organisation, he thinks that he is the one & only employees in the organisation.
