      The people here are well intentioned, generally hard working people

      The business model is broken and relies on VC money to survive. The company has zero culture or perks, don't believe the positive reviews.

      Pros

      Very intuitive rental process that could change the way real estate works in New York.

      Cons

      Put their relationship with landlords way before their relationships with their tenants. Most tenants were disappointed with renter support after signing lease.

      Great people, remote, commissions, casual

      Cons

      They closed the company and owe quite a few people commissions and pay checks. Really sad because the people were great to work with. However the miss management of funds was real.
