Not sitting at a desk constantly.
Cons
Excessive driving using your vehicle with minimal compensation. Poor organization and cliques. If you dont join the clique you are mistreated and treated as an outsider. Upper manager allows relationships among married supervisor and employees. Completely unethical practices.

RHD is a great company to work for. All the staff and managers are friendly and it’s awesome that you get to travel and see really beautiful places! Fun events and great experience if you are wanting to get into the event industry! Perfect for someone who doesn’t want to work a 9-5 job in an office.
