Pervasive misrepresentation, well below any measurable level of ethical standard, painfully toxic culture, very low morale, rampant resignations and layoffs. Local Americas leadership is being micromanaged by German / Chinese back-office and are simply along for the ride until (seemingly) stock options mature and/or contracts renew. Global CEO management style is 100% authority/compliance and completely ignorant to the fact that local markets are entirely unique. More specifically, the US market is not ready and most likely will never be ready for this type of enterprise software as the trends of best in class and open standards become more and more the decided path. Unfortunate that two very healthy US businesses had to be acquired and subsequently dismantled as part of RIB's second failed attempt at diversifying into the American markets.
