RIBA reviews about "salary"

Lack of communication across the whole organisation and teams in general. Management are not management and do not support you and have only got to where they are today due to being there for years. Do not get paid enough for the amount of work you have to do. You are not valued for what you do. Salaries are a big issue - if you're lower down the scale, don't bother trying to increase your salary as you're insignificant. Go where you're going to earn more and be valued for the work you do. No opportunities for training to excel your career or improve your skills.

Low salary and slow progression

"Annual" salary reviews were not happening annually

Career progression limited, Old-fashioned processes.

Very poor career profession. Little to no benefits outside of holiday allowance. Very poor salaries that have been researched and bench-marked by the RIBA itself with the results showing its below the industry bench-mark for like for like roles.

Stress, work load and no overtime

Working hours can be long

Zero progression, salary reviews non existent, they pay 500 DAILY for some contractors (some probably more), yet won't give peremnant staff a decent salary. Some managers incompentent for the role they're managing. No clear career growth or development, concerns are heard but nothing is ever done about them.
