      Pros

      It's a collaborative environment where you are constantly encouraged to grow and challenge yourself. Management is always open to suggestions and feedback.

      Cons

      Can be very fast-paced, but nothing out of the usual for a full service agency.

      Pros

      My last review got deleted. Beware of this employer. Very toxic culture and they will happily show you the door if you try to suggest improvements or request accommodations.

      Cons

      There are so many. Catastrophic leadership, cliquey environment, no work-life balance, no training, no employee appreciation. Leadership's attitude is "be grateful to have a job."
