Too laid back... Went in guns blazing trying to make a name for myself and it intimidated them that I was able to clean up their ticketing system that had been a mess for quite some time. Found myself out the door a week later. Absolutely unprofessional. Made up a bunch of nonsense about me being abrasive and not listening despite me taking every step in my words and actions to make sure people understood me. Really wish I would have checked glass door before accepting.

no standard operating procedures nor cohesive training for new employees, despite being in business for 10 years. lack of professionalism. lack of strong and stable leadership. minimal support or help when it matters most
