Training was subpar. Micromanaging was so excessive I felt like I couldn’t do anything. I couldn’t even send a email without copy and pasting previous emails verbatim. You will be copying and pasting your life away which is time consuming. In addition, training tools are not what they made it out to be. You will be left to sink. They know you can’t swim and they are not willing to save you. I never felt so uncomfortable at a work place. I have always been a team player and kind to others, but the environment was so toxic that I couldn’t function. They can only be friendly for so long until they refuse eye contact and the body language is very telling that they don’t like you. They will throw a stack of papers on your desk out of frustration. They will use demeaning language. As an intelligent well rounded individual, this job broke me and made me feel like a complete imbecile.
