      Monthly luncheons, caring boss, great benefits & pay, respectful to employees, appreciative, yearly bonus

      Cons

      Having to work for the government as a contractor for RMCI can definitely have it's downfalls since you have to abide by government policies/rules. And contractors are treated differently than federal employees.
