Pros

Motivated colleagues, high-impact work, great benefits and work-life balance, ambitious programs and super knowledgable leadership

Cons

Lack of expertise at the entry level in specific technical fields. RMI seems to be great as an aggregator of external knowledge but could do with some more technical experts in-house
