It was a fast paced, fairly exciting, and interesting place to work. Many different types of shoots would come through and it was always interesting to see what was being made in the studios.

Cons

You become accustomed to feeling very, very, expendable. There is a core 4-5 people who are treated respectfully, the rest of the staff are overworked, underpaid, and "never working hard enough". Some people move up, most quit in a year or two because it's just not worth it. I had to work all the time, and the higher ups thought it was ok to call me on my off days as well. Stress.

-Testing camera and lighting equipment -Building relationships in the industry -Free coffee -Crazy overtime if you're willing to not have a life

Cons

-Management is all over the place / too many managers -High turnover rate -The Hours -Toxic/resentful work atmosphere (EVERYONE HATES WORKING THERE, if they say they dont - THEYRE LYING)
