Pros
none really, total breakdown in communication. Company invested millions in AI and purchasing another agency….. and somehow continues to lay off long-term employees every quarter. Upper management is conniving, manipulative, and downright rude.
Cons
This company is turning into every other agency that’s owned by private equity… they’d rather save dollars than make sense. And from what I hear, they laid off too many people in the media team that their October jobs were not launched on time.
