      Pros

      Second shortest vesting schedule I've ever had Easy to outperform coworkers, I'm honestly putting in less than half effort and outperforming coworkers, though I'm trying to fly under the radar of upper management, this is the type of company that will bump you up a title but no pay

      Cons

      Poor leadership from the very top down. Poor compensation package, worst 401K and PTO I've had. Upper management doesn't recognize talent and rewards brown nosing. Check out their Google reviews, the 5 stars are employees and the 1 star reviews seem accurate
