Poor position training - Did not start training me on the position I was hired for until 4 months with the company and training was not from a supervisor it was from a fellow co-worker. They expect a new hire to start completing task without first explaining their process/design standards.
Poor Management - Did not review the company's project process and the overall scope of work to be completed in my department. Current management does not delegate task well. Does not give task in a logical order.
Partners/Upper Management are disconnected from low management/department managers, allowing department management/supervisors full reign of hiring and firing without their assessment.
Department management/supervisors expected long work hours, despite an employee's personal obligations, i.e. family with young children
