Pros
A couple of the project managers are great to work with. HR is very helpful.
Cons
Creativity is squashed and processes are too rigid for positive evolution. Collaboration is generally non-existent, and professional knowledge and experience is not shared. Upper management can be very, very autocratic while at the same time very, very passive aggressive. Unsurprisingly, communication from upper management is abhorrent.

Mom and pop factory Some employee and management are caring other are down right dirty
Cons
If not part of the family or part of the cliche they will easily terminate you. Watch your ps and QS or u will be the laughing stock. Don't tell or be friends with anyone
