RSM is a nice place to work with a good work-life balance. The company provides stability and a collaborative culture.
Cons
From a consulting perspective, project opportunities can be limited, and many resources often end up logging non-billable hours. The organization also feels somewhat top-heavy, and sometimes skilled resources don’t get the right opportunities due to favoritism.
