Listed values are not followed by leadership Terrible worklife balance - if you have boundaries, you will be othered and lose your job. Awful management and leadership - tons of racism, classism and misogyny Very small/no raises and bonuses - you will be told the whole year you're doing an incredible job, and then you will be rated "meets expectations" and receive a 1% or less "raise". Almost every event turns into a frat party - leaders are drunks and do not care about how they appear at events Tons of pressure to not take care of yourself.

management was horrible and they were never held accountable for their actions, favoritism was sky high, company will let you go once you reach a high enough salary

The usual higher management not very understanding

Lack of employees. Poor Management.
