They terminate employees without valid reasons and use the AT Will as a crutch, They pick and choose who can work flex schedules; but use it as a listed benefit. Managers and directors are not capable of providing adequate training for the different projects. Teams consist of multiple clients, therefore resulting in poor team support. Directors should leave the training to the trainer Mary Ann. They expect claims follow up to be completed in 4 minutes; that is review Lattitude for past actions, review client system, locate and verify insurance, verify claim status via insurance portals or phone calls, request insurance to review claims decisions, and note RSI system and client system, also create spreadsheet so management duties are easier. ALL IN FOUR MINUTES FROM THE TIME ACCOUNT IS OPENED IN LATTITUDE. Contest are setup to reward favorite employees.
