      relaxed working culture, easy to adapt, basic job scope

      Cons

      may encounter colleagues that are doing the same job position but keep giving instructions as if they are the manager. When the manager knows about this issue, he did not take any actions. I believe this is an unfair issue especially to the younger generations employee.

      My time at RT Pastry has been filled with various experiences. These experiences have shaped my career path. They have been both fulfilling and difficult. I have had the chance to independently plan and execute marketing campaigns. I have seen the entire lifecycle of these campaigns. I have gained insights from retail crews and customers. This hands-on involvement has given me a better understanding. It helps me understand what works effectively in the B2C sector. I continuously grow in my role through the freedom to experiment. Trial-and-error situations provide opportunities for learning and growth.

      Cons

      It's crucial to recognize the conservative work culture. This is especially true for long-term colleagues in the company. They dedicate themselves. Yet, they are resistant to change. This makes it challenging to implement long term marketing strategies.
