RTL Networks Reviews

There doesn't seem to be any management. I have emailed and called the owner (Richard) multiple times, but never a returned call. I even tried HR, but was referred back to Richard. No company culture, no visits by management, no performance review, no bonuses, no newsletter, nothing. RTL is a subcontractor and once they were on the team, they took the money and ran. No manager, no site lead, no direction. I've worked for hourly staffing firms that cared more. Rumor has it the company is simply a front to the owner's other businesses, some in-country some out-of-country. This way corporate staff can bill the Federal Government for their time, yet really be working on other things.

-RTL misclassified contracted positions to pay lower than they should -Management would talk a big game about plans that never come to fruition -Management routinely blew off scheduled meetings -No annual review, no performance reviews of any kind, no annual salary increase for annual contracted positions
