      There are some nice benefits like pension and profit sharing. Travel reimbursement (if you live 10+ km far) is also good

      Cons

      The work environment is toxic, they let a bullying culture thrive and blame employees when things go south. Your bonus is affected by a totally subjective evaluation that only affects you even for mistakes done by management

      Pros

      I work in the Tech department with a bunch of talented, professional people and most importantly - nice and supportive. clear processes to follow (when you have a good manager), good work-life balance innovative approach. often feels like i'm working in a Start Up company.

      Cons

      So far cant find any.
