      Pros

      Was flexible until inconsistent RTO policy. Salary was good with big bonuses to management regardless of company performance.

      Cons

      No accountability at c-level . Constant layoffs. Toxic environment. Rampant Nepotism.

      Pros

      Coworkers & direct management are great people who care even if executive leadership doesn’t. Benefits are fine but not good.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs, there’s nothing you can do to prevent potentially being impacted. Leadership can and will lay off people who can’t be replaced and expect you to pick up the pieces.

      Pros

      The biggest pro will always be the people. At the day to day work level, these folks are some of the best I’ve ever worked with. The PTO policy is reasonable.

      Cons

      Layoffs happen every 6-8 months. Highly skilled and caring individuals are cut without warning, and completely regardless of impact or level. No one is safe. Growing at this company is challenging at best and impossible at worst.
