      Flexible timing. Remote work. Supportive HR team.

      Cons

      * No process. * Poor communication and team coordination. * Worst work life balance, they expect us to work 24/7. * Bad Politics (based on the state regions) * Employee requirements (work related) will not be considered, but they want a result in time. * Higher management / Senior members with Egoistic attitude. * They only treat North-Indian people well.

      Starting from Interview schedule, On-boarding and welcoming sessions everything was smooth and clear. Here are few pin-pointed Pros: - Work-Life balance - Good salary package - Everyone's word/suggestion is noted and considered - Remote working option

      Cons

      No company is perfect. Being a startup company we do have few hiccups on establishing and following process. We have taken that as a quick goal and will be there on the mark soon. "Making continuous evolving a habit".
