Pros

Cutting edge enterprise product with oppotunity to work on the hottest technologies/domains Unending opportunities and freedom to learn and explore with work satisfaction in contributing to succcess of a great product Result oriented work culture but encourages innovtion and individual growth. Excellent and rapidly growing customer base Focussed management with well defined and planned growth aspirations CEO is one of the best I've seen in the field. She's easily accessible to all employees, understands importance of employees and gives them priority. CEO is very focused on company's growth and is a role model for dedication and perseverance. Overall a great start-up to work where one gets ample opportunities to gain knowledge and learning for building a foundation for successful career. Definitely not a place for folks who are not willing to stretch themselves for achieving results and who don't take pride in owning the product quality and timelines.

Cons

Need to have offices in more locations to cater growing customer base

Pros

I had been a Trainee Software Engineer in the India Office. A few of the many takeaways from the company include RackWare provides a perfect platform for freshers and experienced individuals. The company works on cutting edge technologies, the product strengthens your OS related concepts. The seniors here are the best since they have complete knowledge of the product and the state of art tools used in the market, they usually come up with the most appropriate solutions and approaches to any problems. On the top of it, the company environment is very friendly, the India Office consisted of around 30 members during my time at RackWare, you just don't feel as if you're at work. The US office has some of the most intellectual people in this domain. The Managers have the best of attitudes, they put in all the effort to keep the schedules and customers on Track. You learn to work in the pressure environments, independently and in a team. Working on all the clouds is an asset and add-on to your resume. You can come with new ideas and work on features even in the nascent stages of your career. The negative reviews here are given usually people who prefer offices with less workloads and want to live a not-so-active work life. Hence, the domain, benefits, guidance, culture, people, everything deserves a 5-star rating here.

Cons

Good amount of workload, if you're lethargic to progress in life not your kinda thing. Amongst the highly intellectual and hardworking individuals, you have to earn your place here.
