Pros
It is very hard to find any reasons why you would like to work here. I guess it would be that the solutions are so simple that it takes you a week to become an expert.
Cons
Mom and Pop shop (literally). People fired at will without reason when the owners have a bad day. If you think about starting here, do a LinkedIn search on previous employees, and ask a few for references. When you see how many previous employees there are for a company with only 10 employees, that would tell you something. Never worked in a company where they had so many unhappy customers. And former customers!
