Management doesn't micromanage. You get free snacks and coffee

Cons

Ceo uses employees as his personal assistant. It is very much a do as I say not as I do attitude. Last year we they were purchased by a large company PPD and there was no transparency. Pay and benefits are way below the average for all positions.

Bought by investment firm with no research knowledge. Toxic atmosphere because of this. Only motivated by money. Took all of our sick time away from us. Made the benefits less. Less holidays. If there is bad weather and it's unsafe to get to work have to take vacation time. The new company doesn't make the employee feel valuable.
