The founder ruins careers and lives. This is more of an experimental play for the wealthy founders looking for face and social purpose than a place for a meaningful career. Many don't last longer than two years, some stay for just 3 months. Founder is wealthy but incredibly poor at running businesses. I think it's to impress family and friends. The place was once full of very angry, directionless youths that refused to listen.
