1) End to end development experience 2) Small company more opportunities to learn new things
Cons
1) Low salary like peanuts. 2) No process 3) Company stopped operations now due to top level management politics 4) We joined with bond. To come out of the company i have paid money to break the bond.

The company is part of the dying trend of small IT consulting space, which is typically dominated by Deloittes, Accentures among other players.
