The management is a disaster. There is no structure, no vision, and no understanding of how to lead or inspire a team. The CEO, Mona Defrawi, is the single worst leader I’ve ever encountered — erratic, condescending, and completely disconnected from reality. Decisions are made impulsively and without logic, leading to constant chaos. Micromanagement is the norm, and blame-shifting is a daily occurrence. Salaries are insultingly low for the workload expected. Promotions and raises are nonexistent unless you’re part of the inner circle of favoritism. Turnover is sky-high. Talented people leave within months because the environment is unsustainable. Zero respect for work-life balance. You’re expected to be available 24/7. Toxic culture where fear, confusion, and miscommunication rule the day. Feedback is not welcomed. If you speak up, you're immediately labeled “negative” or “not a team player.”
