Pros

1. It's such a wonderful company to work with. 2. Zero pressure environment 3. Treat and value the employees well 4. Amazing owner who is humble, down to earth and brilliant professional too

Cons

1. Mr. Murali ruined this organisation. When Ian martin was new to india the owner of the company believed Murali and handed over the entire operations to him. He sounds like a wise man but actually he is a such a fool. He is actually a skirt chaser. He gives all the privilege to women who looks good. He believed a girl who got less than 3 years exp and promoted her to manage the team in Bangalore when there was an experienced candidate in the team. He loves to hug girls inside the organisation like a desperate human being.. Murali is nothing more than a nasty rat 🐀. His salary was too good, the owner treated him like his own family member but still he remained unfaithful towards the org.

Pros

The company has taken positive steps by eliminating unnecessary manager layers and introducing a belt progression framework that supports growth and capability based advancement. These are strong moves toward a more modern and empowered organizational structure.

Cons

There still appears to be inconsistency in how leadership titles are applied. In some cases, individuals hold Director-level titles despite not having people leadership responsibilities or organizational scope typically associated with those roles. This creates confusion around progression pathways and can feel misaligned with the company’s stated principles around transparency and Teal culture. Employees are often told that belt progression does not translate into traditional leadership titles such as Director, yet exceptions seem to exist for select individuals. Greater consistency, role clarity, and alignment between titles, impact, and accountability would strengthen trust in the system. To fully embrace a Teal culture, the organization should continue focusing on decentralized leadership, meaningful contribution over hierarchy, and reducing title-driven structures that do not add operational value.

Pros

Some team members are supportive and collaborative. The company has potential to build a strong culture if leadership practices improve.

Cons

Certain leadership behaviors negatively affect morale. SD rarely engages directly with operational work on the floor but portrays strong involvement. There is a tendency to highlight employees’ mistakes publicly rather than coach or support improvement. Issues are often escalated instead of being handled through constructive feedback. There have also been situations where employees already under significant stress were discussed openly in front of others, which created tension and an uncomfortable environment for the team. These actions impact psychological safety and trust within the workplace.
