I worked at Raising Cane's part-time for more than a year

    Pros

They (for the most part) promote from the inside. While I was there I watched several of my coworkers work their way up to managers. In general Cane's usually hires really friendly people so I really enjoyed working with everyone. They make work fun with different competitions.

    Cons

There's a lot of cleaning involved because they keep the store very clean (which is a good thing).

I worked at Raising Cane's part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work Culture; everything. Literally the best fast food chain to work at. Especially for a first job.

    Cons

Nothing. Other than the fact the jobs are sometimes physically straining; but that's just what working at a fastfood chain is like.
