      - A lot to learn - You will get better at coding - Good compensation

      Cons

      - Poor work life balance - Less freedom in terms of client exposure (your manager will tell you what comment to write on your tickets and pull requests) - Long long emails threads on daily basis

      - Good Projects and Clients (Not sure for how long)

      Cons

      - The amount of fake reviews they put to cover real reviews is laughable. - Ignorant Self centred CEO (You gotta be that arrogant to name the company on your name). - Whole development process is shady with multiple devs sharing single client accounts. - HR Policies are shady with things like Sandwich leaves. - Higher ups are unapproachable and incompetent and would alway doubt and undermine you in reverse. - Its funny how higher ups would steal your work and showcase as theirs to everyone. - They would ensure that everyone is isolated and you one gets the least context of whats going around. - Senior devs are incompetent tech wise and would still show off. - Most of the SDEs would do everything to avoid work. - Extended work hours, not because of the work. Just because the Sr devs would chill throughout the day burdening the Junior devs. - Politics, need no further explanation.

      - Don't you think all of those 5star review, robotic, mostly one-liner reviews are fake? -> If not join RSL! - Do you like a company that is unprofessional and unethical when it comes to employee value? -> If yes, Join RSL! - Do you wanna be micromanaged? -> JOIN RSL! - Do you wanna work with people that'd do anything to stop you from being creative? - JOIN RSL! - Do you wanna prove feedback for the betterment of company processes, But instead, just made responsible for the overall process, Even if it's not remotely related to your JD? -> JOIN RSL!!!!
