Pros

I've been involved with a few agencies over the last couple of decades and can honestly say that Raka goes above and beyond with regard to retaining their talent to the best of their abilities. It's not always easy, but it's always tackled with sincerity and an outlook to continually improve. Pros of the job/company: A diverse client pool opens the door to a daily routine that is varied and interesting. A wonderfully attentive team that specializes in their own unique way but comes together in unison to serve the company and its clients and find successful resolutions to business goals. There's a lot to learn from each respective team member, and the experience has been that each team member is willing to share and explore different avenues of productivity collectively. It's a positive and welcoming environment that lends itself to fruitful learning experiences each and every day. Your voice is heard. If you've got something to say, collective minds are willing to listen and adopt any applicable practice/process brought to the table. Stocked kitchen which includes string cheese (to keep the youthful spirit burning in all of us...) A team that works hard, but isn't afraid to throw in a good joke when the time is right. Never a dull moment. Challenging and fruitful projects that expand individual and collective skillsets. The days fly by, given the varied set of interesting tasks that land on your desk. And, in the event you find yourself stuck, there exists a supportive team around you to ensure whatever needs to be accomplished comes to fruition in a timely fashion.

Cons

It's an agency, so things happen quick. You need to be prepared to pivot and change course when the directive drops. This isn't really a con but more of a typical expectation in the marketing agency world. If you can't adapt to the swiftness the river may run, it's probably best to choose a career path in another area altogether.
