Insufficient Training: Upon joining RAKT, I expected to receive proper training to excel in my role. However, the training provided was insufficient and inadequate. This lack of support made it challenging for me to perform my duties effectively and impacted my overall job satisfaction. Salary Deductions: To my dismay, a significant amount was deducted from my salary each month, amounting to up to $60. These deductions were made without any clear explanation or justification, leaving me feeling exploited and financially burdened. Misinformation: Throughout my tenure at RAKT, I encountered instances where the information provided by the company was inaccurate or misleading. This created confusion and hindered my ability to make informed decisions. It is crucial for companies to provide accurate and transparent information to their employees. Unfair Termination: Perhaps the most distressing aspect of my experience at RAKT was the unfair termination I faced. Despite my dedication and efforts to contribute to the company's success, I was unjustly fired. The reasons provided for my termination were unfounded and did not align with my performance or conduct during my employment.
