RangeForce is a great place to work. We are a group of like-minded people who care about each other - there is a profound team spirit and teamwork at RangeForce. Having such a strong cornerstone, which defines what we value and what binds us together is clearly reflected in the results that we produce.

Cons

As a young company, there are definitely areas of improvement. The nice thing is that in a small company, we talk about where we need to improve, or do something better and/or differently. And, above all, we do care about each other, which makes our journey to a great, promising future much easier.

Very good development team. Remote work with some international travel. Covered phone bill.

Cons

Senior leadership are clueless. To busy living in competitors shadows. Despite being an Estonian based company, the US are in complete control which causes conflicts.
