      Pros

      Good opportunity for freshers. Big clients from different industries. Flexible work timings.

      Cons

      Salary is very less in comparison to work given.Work environment is very bad. Unhygienic washrooms and suffocating workplace. Improper management and very difficult for employees to grow. Less yearly hike given to good performers. Admin is rude and doesn't know how to talk to employees.

      Pros

      Rankuno is a stable company with over 12 years in digital marketing. Managers & colleague here, are friendly and you can learn a lot from them. Great opportunity to learn and strengthen your skills Good yearly hike to performers. Work quality and clients are great. You have a good chance of working with a renowned brand.

      Cons

      Sudden burden of tasks due to illogical on-call commitments by managers or management. Persistent admin issues like nonfunctional - Vending machines, Lift, AC (Yes, AC works only for 11a.m. to 6p.m. after this you sit in a furnace. Rest of the year is even worse when it's off for 2-3 in between also.) One working saturday every month. Some feel the work is a lot monotonous in their teams. 90 days notice period even for mid level employees.
