Former TL. Vision, goals, real leader.

Cons

Horrible culture of micromanagement from unknowledgeable global staff of USA travel market. HR is corrupt by brushing firings and resigning employees concerns away without explanation. Only acknowledging when employees are forced to address racial discrimination and retaliation. Misinformation from Recruiters about health benefits and travel requirements. Stressful environment, kpis that are not reachable, product is not competitive, leadership doesn’t listen to our concerns and suggestions because based on 1-2 trips to USA, they know everything….joke. 4 people resigned, 2 were questionably fired.

Hello! Thank you for taking your time to share a review. We are sorry to hear that you managed to get such a negative experience. Everything you listed totally contradicts our culture and the way we handle various issues. However, we’d like to mention that at RateHawk we foster an open and transparent culture at all levels, and encourage our team to share timely feedback, if they have any. We are absolutely against any kinds of discrimination and will never allow something like that to happen inside our teams. We provide healthcare benefits and require up to 50% working time for travels, as it’s mentioned in our job descriptions. Recruiters provide up to date information, openly answer all questions, etc. All terms and conditions are specified in the contracts, which employees read before signing. We openly share information about our strategy and plans with employees, and allow everyone to discuss them and provide feedback on these topics. We have an onboarding program that involves both trainers and team leaders, which helps employees to get all the necessary knowledge about the product. At the same time, we don’t abandon our employees. We are always ready to assist, help and answer questions, as well as to conduct follow-up trainings on topics where issues may occur.
