- The "training" they give you is a joke
- Management needs to calm their egos down
- High turn around rate
- Commission is a joke
- Employees (especially those in sales) will stab each other in the back and literally steal clients from each other
- If you want to be promoted, you need to suck up to management pretty hard
- Expect us to be on the phone from 9 am - 1 pm which is a little hard when clients are in other time zones
- I've literally seen the president throw a hissy fit in front of the entire company and then fire an employee because they couldn't meet one goal (mind you, goals are aggressive and said employee was one of the best)
- Long hours, low pay, lack of employee appreciation - this is a total sweatshop. Do not be fooled, you will have no work/life balance and little to no room for advancement unless you are in the inner circle or you will be given lip service or the run-around. I know for a fact that employees (at all levels) are out and looking for work elsewhere.
- Management is set in their ways, unwilling to change. It's everyone else that is the problem I guess.
