The product is fantastic. I was able to get my hands on some fun projects. Colleagues were great.
Cons
The attitudes from management were disgraceful and very unprofessional. My skills, ideas, and creativity were constantly under minded. Bullied by higher-ups and was "laid off" for standing up for myself. This is not a safe space for collaboration. No benefits, no PTO, no HR. Basically a free for all.

None. Other than the people that work there outside of ownership.
Cons
Too many to list. They are not employee-centric. No benefits. Not even PTO. No HR. You're on your own. No corporate mindset for growth. They use and abuse people and then toss them out on the street. Keep looking. You will be better off in the long run.
