The money was decent if commissions were done properly
Cons
The management is trash. And I'm not talking about management in the BDC. I'm talking about management above the BDC. They also like to fire people for no good reason.
Coworkers are very knowledgeable and don't mind helping if they aren't with a customer. Manager is pleasant to work with and fair. A pay plan made available starts you out with a high salary while you work up to making commission. The owner seems like a genuinely good person.
Cons
Looking at the numbers, it would be really difficult to turn six figures here no matter what is said in the interview. There is a rude employee you will need to deal with daily, as is the case with most car dealerships I think. You will definately get your steps in with how employee parking is run.
