Pros

No pros. HR team is so unprofessional,they don’t have anything in hand. They are just like puppet to the Germany team ,only following orders. Spineless.

Cons

Unprofessional Long working hours No commitments towards employee Hiring and firing rule No job security Everyday review Mental pressure. If you are not dying without a job,till than don’t join this company.

Internal politics and unprofessional behaviour

Once you join and realize- None

Cons

There is nothing called Employee's voice here. Management team is full of unjust executives. The immediate manager informed the Team Lead with false info(as he was insecure due to my pace and product knowledge) and the management didn't even bother to discuss the same with me. They scheduled a meeting and informed my termination.

Personally for me, terrible experience

Pros

-Work from home -Good pay -Flat culture -Good hiring experience

Cons

Note - This is purely my experience, others may have had completely different and positive experience. -Long hours (Indian Team is to work Indian time + German time) - 10 am to 11 pm almost everyday. Even if they don't say it, it is very clear that German team is above Indian team. -Indian team is also expected to work on Saturdays. -I was not paid my joining bonus -Extreme micro management, I had to give details of each and every minute -No support system at all, no one to help you during your initial phase
