      Pros

      everyone below management level is very friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Very low salary (even before the Covid-19 pandemic). Management lacks transparency towards the employees. No social benefits. CEO lacks both charisma and integrity.

      - Good looking offices - Very nice peers - Willingnes to help each other

      - No best practices implemented - A un-professional founding team, very young entrepreneurs in terms of experience or contribution. - No transparency into vision, metrics, etc. - High employee churn, many employees leave after a few months/1 year.

      Pros

      * The company, first and foremost its CEO, trusts and appreciate the employees. If you are interested in professional growth, and willing to put the effort, you will have options within the company for your next career step. * Razor provides an opportunity to gain experience and knowledge, and build reputation, way faster than in slower-paced companies. * Razor is a learning-oriented organization. As long as we keep learning, we will be the best in what we do. This philosophy is embedded in the DNA of the CEO and the company. It is great to learn new technologies and you business methodologies with people that share this mindset. * One big team, one big family. People are one for each other.

      Cons

      * There is a diversity of skill levels, so an experienced engineer might collaborate with a less-experience one. But even the most experienced ones in the industry will find bright and experienced engineers, Ph.D.s and savvy business development managers - to learn from and with.
