Very toxic office environment. Intensely high office staff turn over. Owner needs improvement with print reading skills. Yard is full of items purchased but do not fit. Marijuana grow operation shares the construction office space, so if you cross a federal border you will have problems.

Owner is unethical and Narcissistic, leads a toxic and unstable office environment has little understanding of his own companies projects and when does interject into them, he makes himself and his employees look like fools. High employee turn over, I have seen at least 5 come and go in the office alone.
