      The customers are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Unless you were a former coworker of one of the leaders you are not going to do well there. They will act like everything is great and simply take your best ideas and advice, then drop you. Lots of people were there one day then gone the next without any legitimate reason given, if one was given at all.
