HODs life span is short here, average is less than a year. Pls join if you are willing to go through a radical work culture and take feedback from the people worked and working as functional heads. It operates like a small institution where one person decides everything. MNC is for the name sake, work culture is inferior to small Indian companies.

- Horrible culture, one crazy woman in office keeps shouting on everyone, she can go to any level- low very low. - No one can stop her because she holds some secrets of managing director and partner in crime, who takes her on personal holidays out of country- so she is unstoppable - No HOD stays in company because of MD is biased for her and let her do whatever she wants - Office is creepy and chaotic, even government offices are better these days - Dirty washrooms, no basic facilities, even a coffee machine is not there - Only MNC which makes washroom basis your rank- different washroom for HODs- funny it is. - Guys, stay away from this place, it is sickening, you will fall sick if you work here. This couple of these two for more than 10 years here- have made a worst place to work. There is a syndicate of old employees who don’t let the new employees get settled- MD is the leader of syndicate and preserving this culture. - All positive glassdoor reviews are fake, they pressurise employees to put positive reviews - Good people come, but leave early due to this horrific culture.
