Pros

Salary is good compared to other companies.

Cons

Poor management, no values for tenure employees, may terminate from job anytime for any reason. Once the employee reaches the maximum salary slab, he/she will be targeted and pressurised. If the employee don't put down papers, he/she will be terminated by putting into PIP and making sure the employee cannot reach the set targets.

Pros

Great place to begin learning the basics of Insurance You will a get a lot of opportunities to work in different teams which will help you get exposure to different processes related to Insurance Ex: Binder generation, Policy document drafting, proposal creation etc..

Cons

1. Absolutely no work-life balance unless you are into senior management where you can be flexible with your work hours. 2. Unrealistic expections set in terms of quality with clients which results in escalations even if team has a quality percentage of 99.97%. 3. After you get qualified in tasks you will be made to come to work even on holidays saying you are a critical resource. No over time but a fixed amount around 2k will be given for that day irrespective of the hours you have to work. 4. No two way cab provided even for female employees working in night shift. They have to pay for one way themselves. 5. Interview process is too stringent and lengthy considering the salary they pay. 6. Case tracker is one of the most regressive ways to monitor employee production where every transaction is scrutinized even for spelling errors in the notes section. (Honestly no client will have the patience to review such things) 7. I've seen promotions being given to people more close to management than the tenured staff or deserving candidates. 8. You cannot keep your phone visible anywhere near your desk. It's non compliance to rules and you could get fired after a warning. 9. Any words from the client emails such as missed, not done or revise will result in errors being marked and appraisal cut for the entire year. The point here is that they look for ways to mark errors. Analysts are pressured to find and mark errors to trainees and associates just to meet targets and get appraisals or incentive. 10. Honestly apart from the exposure you get to the Insurance industry there is nothing much to say about Resourcepro.
